Qualls Quality Building is based in the beautiful Northern Pacific Coast in Playa Negra,
Guanacaste, Costa Rica. We offer full design and building services for your custom
vacation, retirement or rental home and pool.
We keep costs for exceptional structural & finish quality reasonable by self-performing
90 % of the home building process; including swimming pools, Waterfalls and rain-water
catchment systems. Beyond our in house design & construction, tile and wood teams; we
also have established relationships with local & Sarchi furniture builders, gate welders,
window & A/C companies, and numerous raw and finish material sources.
Our trained teams comprised 100% of insured Costa Rican workers are available for
home and pool construction in Guanacaste, Costa Rica including Brasilito, Conchal, Playa
Avellana, Playa Junquillal, Hacienda Pinilla, Playa Negra, Tamarindo & Surrounding Areas.
Whether you have an architect from Costa Rica or abroad, or would like us to design
your home; we can advise you on value-engineering your home's scope and materials to
fit your desired budget. We have experience designing and building homes in Costa
Rica ranging from 1,600 SF to 8,000 SF.
